A fresh take on an industry that hasn't changed in decades
I'm Richard Perez, a licensed real estate salesperson with EXIT Realty Central, based in Richmond Hill. I work across southern Queens — Woodhaven, Glendale, Howard Beach, Ozone Park, and the neighborhoods in between — because this is home, not just a market on a map.
Why I do this work
Queens is one of the most diverse places in the country — and southern Queens in particular is a patchwork of tight-knit blocks, family-owned shops, and housing stock that ranges from classic brick row houses to detached homes near the water. I got licensed because I kept seeing neighbors navigate that complexity without a guide who actually lived here.
I'm newer to the license than the agents with billboards — and that's exactly the point. I'm not coasting on a 20-year-old playbook. Every client gets current market data, current marketing, and my full attention, because I'm building my reputation one family at a time.
My promise is simple: I'll tell you the truth, even when it's not what sells fastest. If a house is wrong for you, I'll say so. If your asking price is dreaming, I'll show you the comps. You'll always know I'm on your side of the table.
